How our refund process works

Our Guarantee

No Free Trials

We don't offer free trials as they are frequently abused. Instead, start with a small order ($1 minimum) to test our service quality.

Full Refund If Order Not Delivered

If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe and no partial delivery was made, you're eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund for Partial Delivery

If only part of your order was delivered, we'll refund the undelivered portion.

Refill Guarantee

Services with refill guarantee will automatically refill dropped followers/likes within the guarantee period. Check order details for refill status.

When Refunds Don't Apply

  • ✕Private profiles - you must have a PUBLIC profile
  • ✕Wrong link provided (e.g., profile link instead of post link)
  • ✕Username changed during delivery
  • ✕Account deleted or suspended by the platform
  • ✕Orders that have been fully delivered
  • ✕Requests made after 30 days from order date
