FolyoTree provides social media marketing services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, and engagement for various social media platforms. Our services are designed to help boost your social media presence.
We do not guarantee specific results as social media platform algorithms and policies may affect delivery and retention rates.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when placing orders
- Your social media profile must be set to PUBLIC during delivery
- You must not change your username or make your profile private during delivery
- You are responsible for ensuring your account complies with platform guidelines
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
4. Orders and Payments
- All orders are processed through our secure payment provider (Gumroad)
- Minimum order amount is $1.00
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
5. Delivery
- Delivery times vary depending on the service and quantity ordered
- Most orders begin within 5-30 minutes of payment confirmation
- We are not responsible for delays caused by social media platform issues
- Delivery speed may be affected by high demand or platform restrictions
6. Refund Policy

- Full refunds are available for orders not delivered
- Partial refunds for partial deliveries
- No refunds for completed orders or user error (wrong link, private profile, etc.)
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of order

Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That followers/likes will not drop over time
- Any specific business results from using our services
- That our services comply with all social media platform terms
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
8. Limitation of Liability
FolyoTree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
9. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Service if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or abused our refund policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
